He went the extra mile in making sure our friends could focus only on grieving and not on any of the stressful planning. He communicated efficiently and responded quickly, he did home visits, he drove all the way to Vancouver from Aldergrove to pick up items that were important to our friends to have in the casket, and he made all their requests happen without question.
