We are so incredibly grateful to Dr. Tanveer and the entire staff at South Fraser Animal Hospital for the amazing care they gave our dog Kenny yesterday when he injured his paw. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure Kenny was comfortable and well cared for. They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and treated Kenny like one of their own. His paw is healing beautifully, and it’s all thanks to their expertise and compassion. We can’t thank you enough — you’re the best!
In April 2023, I brought my cat (Onyx) in because she was very sick. She had to stay overnight. The vet had personally gone back multiple times in the middle of the night to syringe feed her, and check on her, he also answered the phone after hours to let me have updates on her.. When the vet called me personally to tell me that my cat had passed away, he was so compassionate and caring. I came in straight away. And he made us feel so cared for and supported. The entire clinic staff was amazing and so respectful. I don’t think I can come back here due to the painful memories, however I will forever be grateful to the care and comfort they gave my girl in her final hours.... read full review
A true hero in a world where compassion is rare.
After being coldly turned away by another vet while my dog was in critical condition, I was terrified and desperate. My dog was suffering, and I felt completely helpless. I called this clinic, praying for someone to care — and despite being near the end of his shift, this incredible vet didn’t hesitate. He told me to come immediately, and when I arrived, he acted quickly, skillfully, and with genuine compassion.
He saved my dog’s life.
