Normally I walk in get whatever I need, get to the register, get asked if someone helped, my answer normally NOPE!!!! and leave. To my surprise this changed last week when I was greeted (first time EVER by anyone) by Diana and when she asked if I needed help, I nearly passed out from shock. Diana was so knowledgeable, kind, and you can tell she really loved the products she was showing me. I would've spent maybe $200 on my own but with Diana's help I walked away with over $600 worth of products I really like. I think management needs to give Diana a huge raise and a promotion. Maybe she can run a training program for everyone there.

I always find the customer service at sephora feels like sales at a furniture store BUT I went in on Jan 20 and was helped by Louie, it was the best experience Ive had at a sephora!! Thank you so much Louie for helping me and my mom pick out her new perfume! You are a delight. :)

I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend and Jayden was very helpful helping me find the perfect gift. She was very nice and professional the entire time making sure it was something my girlfriend would like by looking up her account.
