Normally I walk in get whatever I need, get to the register, get asked if someone helped, my answer normally NOPE!!!! and leave. To my surprise this changed last week when I was greeted (first time EVER by anyone) by Diana and when she asked if I needed help, I nearly passed out from shock. Diana was so knowledgeable, kind, and you can tell she really loved the products she was showing me. I would've spent maybe $200 on my own but with Diana's help I walked away with over $600 worth of products I really like. I think management needs to give Diana a huge raise and a promotion. Maybe she can run a training program for everyone there.
