I never usually write out reviews to places that I visit despite how good the services are. I just tend to go back again to show how much I love and appreciate the space. However, with this place, I feel like I've gotta share it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly and welcomed immediately in for my appointment by my stylist, Bryn. Today was my first time at The Refinery House and I had a long day booked with her for a haircut, partial highlights and a lash lift!

Beth did an amazing job on my hair - I went in for full foils and Beth asked great questions to make sure she understood what look I was going for. She was very thorough, detailed and overall lovely!
