My neighbour, a small elderly woman, tried to use this company for her kitchen renovations. She requested that they lower the cabinets 3 inches as her range of motion is limited due to past surgeries and age. This company would not install her cabinets at a lower height as it would “ruin their reputation for the next person living in the apartment unit”. This small modification was being requested to make her home more accessible and comfortable for her. This is a disgusting abuse of this poor disabled elderly woman. I hope this company does not treat all potential clients like this. Accessibility is extremely important and it’s disheartening to see that this company doesn’t see that.
