We needed some new screen doors, so I called these guys up to order some. I got bad news: The lady on the phone said they don’t sell their screens for self installation, but that it has to be done by one of their “well trained” “experts”!! So, you have to pay for the door and the installation. I tried to get the doors without installation, but no luck, she wouldn’t budge. So, I went with the installation option. Stay away if you respect yourself. As someone else has mentioned here as well, a terrible place to work. They are disrespectful and they use impolite and rude language. That’s why people don’t work for them for long. For a 30 yr old company, majority of their employees are new, and it is in constant change! If you have fallen for that stereotype that Canadians are polite, think again!

Terrible place to work. I worked there around 12 13 years ago or so and when you sign your paper work they pressure you if not force you to choose a charity to donate to that gets deducted from your pat cheque. I think that is extremely ethical wrong when you're paying just above minimum wage and making people give up what little money to a charity so they can write it off.
