Brought in a reading glasses for my dad and it was missing the nose seat, gentleman not only put a new one on both sides but also fixed the frame because it was bent. Everything for NO CHARGE. Great customer service, highly recommended.

Best place to buy glasses, by far. All 4 of us in our family are always so well taken care of. We always seem to stay longer because it feels like family. Who can say that about their optiks place!? We have never had a bad visit, and leave feeling well looked after.Thanks everyone!

I am ever so happy with the service I’ve had at OI! We’ve been using both optometrist and glasses services for years and been pleased. This time I had some trouble with one pair. They pinched my face and strained my eyes. After thorough attempts to solve these problems, Donna told me they would replace them at no charge! Wow, what amazing customer support! The second set is great. Thank you Donna and the OI team.
