The person I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. They took me directly to the product and opened a box so I could make sure it was exactly what I needed. They also offered the option to return if it wasn't right and I could get a credit for what I needed.

I only went there to browse around and see what they had. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the store and the amount of product that they have. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they actually had some live animals for sale and they all looked rather healthy and well taken care of. When it comes time to buy something for my best buddy “Onyx” (my cat) or his best friend “Halo” (might as well be my cat ?) Then I will gladly make my way to “Mr. Pets” As they will no doubt have whatever it is that I need !!!

One of the best, most well knowledgeable employees I’ve ever encountered. Specific shoutout to Berkley. I adopted my first kitten and had little to no knowledge about being a proper pet owner and Berkley went through everything with me step by step, from kitty litter, food supplements and a bunch more, literally everything! I’ll now recommend everyone I know to go to Mr pets and get help from Berkley. I know my kitten has an amazing diet and everything she could possibly need because of this amazing employee, management should maybe even hand out a raise. I’ll continue to come to Mr Pets because of the exceptional customer service. 1000/10
