So I’ve been going to this particular mr pets location for over 10 years . I have a multitude of various species of animals that I share my home with and need many different supplies to keep them healthy and happy . The staff is always so pleasant when I walk in ( even those that may be new and don’t know me yet ) I am most impressed that if they don’t have a particular item I need they will offer to find it and order it for me and it rarely takes a week to come in ! It’s really great the customer service they provide and the staff really seems to know their stuff on animal care . Friendly staff with great knowledge for any pet, from dogs to snakes to fish they have you covered. If they don’t have what your looking for they can bring it in or point you in the right direction.

Guinea pigs we're so thirsty as the water bottle had been bumped or something so they couldn't get at it and the way they went nuts for it after I fixed it for them told me it had been a long while it was outta their reach. Felt bad for them and seemed neglected being they too were also way towards the back of the store under a shelf of products most people wouldn't even notice!
