This is such a fantastic pet store and location. Everyone there is super friendly in my opinion and you can tell the employees actually care about the animals. I’ve been going regularly for the past 3 or so years and I refuse to give any other pet store my business. I love that they take in surrenders of any animal type and are always finding them good homes, and the animals always have great enclosures and are clearly loved until they find their forever home. Diva is such a kind person and runs a great store, I always feel so well taken care of and accommodated! I never hesitate to recommend the store to others. 5/5 😊

Reviews
Everyone at the Chilliwack location was amazing! Especially Jacqui, really appreciated the time she took with me!
I've always been met with friendly staff and great customer service at this location! I am having a tricky time finding a food my puppy will eat. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to return the bag of food because he turned his nose up at it. Very helpful staff walked me to the back where all the food is and helped me select something else. Very happy customer 🐶
