I received a phone call a few weeks ago, about renewing my installment loan. I thought about it and went in to renew it. Karam helped me. She was fast and efficient and kind. I really appreciate her help and explanation of things. She offered me the insurance, but I declined it. I'm trying to keep my payments at a certain rate. I was never explained this at the old/ now closed Money Mart on Sumas Way. You see, I was paying for insurance and didn't know it. I appreciate people's honesty. This is what keeps me coming back.

I went to Abbotsford South Fraser branch. The employees specially Preet was really helpful and patient. She explained everything and help me understand everything about my situation. A kind hearted soul and friendly as well. A good experience

Sandeep was the best this morning. This hasn’t been the normal day because we have had issues over the past. How eever she knows exactly what she is doing and was right in point . Keep up the good work really helped today !!!
