I had two new pair of glasses made at Lens Crafters and while I do not normally write reviews I must make an exception: The personal went beyond their duty to provide satisfaction. I bought two pairs of glasses in May and got them all right but one pair made of plastic frame just did not work out for me...I have globulous eyes and did not expect to have my eyelashes get in the way...I had to clean my new pair of glasses every few seconds...this was not good. So I took the glasses back and the gentleman who normally works behind the scene in the lab provided the best service! He went beyond his normal duty! I had a very good experience at LensCrafters. The staff took their time to explain everything clearly and helped me find frames that suited my face and budget. Top notch experience, a deal with a sales person who is clearly a specialist in her field. I believe her name was SENGNGEUNE she pointed me to the best look for my glasses in the most economical way. This is a true professional. I could tell that she’s been there for a long time And when you are repeat, customer longevity means a lot congratulations Lenscrafter on the sales person.
