I had a great experience with Jeff. When my hot water tank broke last Friday, he guided me over the phone to shut off the water and drain the tank, which saved my basement from flooding. He also helped me choose the right replacement. First thing on Father’s Day Saturday, Jeff came over to install the new tank, and even returned on Tuesday to make sure everything was working perfectly. Super responsive, helpful, and professional. I’m very happy with his service and highly recommend him!

I had to quickly get my old hot water tank replaced as it was leaking and Jeff came to the rescue. He was very prompt with his response and was very professional. The quote he provided was very reasonable and more competitive than the 3 other quotes I got. The install also went without any issues and he arrived/finished on time.
