I drive roughly an hour for this appointment so, its important to plan ahead. I booked my 3rd one in advance and when i arrived, the lady didn’t show up. 2 hrs later I receive a call that there was an emergency and she’ll make it up to me the next day. Now, 5 days later I followed up and no response.
While I understand that emergencies come unannounced, how you deal and respond after makes all the difference. I’m disappointed in the professionalism and the way they handle their clients and would not recommend them as a business.
