This was a major investment and the team made the entire process feel personal, attentive, and genuinely well cared for. Madi in Service worked tirelessly to try to get a workmanship issue covered by warranty going above and beyond her normal service advisor duties. She is the best.
Sadly, Shadow Cruiser and its parent company Heartland RV, a subsidiary of Thor industries would not take responsibility for the workmanship issue on our trailer that I feel the 3 year structural warranty specifically stated should be covered.
Fraserway RV did a great job repairing the issue, but I am out of pocket to have the defect repaired as the warranty claim was repeatedly denied.
I would give Shadow Cruiser one star for not accepting responsibility for the workmanship defect.
