they returned my satin skirt with 2 safety pins in it which left very visible holes due to the material. i can understand for some materials why this would be acceptable, but with satin, it permanently damaged the garment, and the holes have caused further runs :/ there was a band around the interior waist of the skirt they could have easily pinned instead, without damaging the exterior of the skirt, but instead just pinned directly to the exterior of the skirt where the holes are extremely visible.

They couldn't get the stains out of two sweaters. Charged quite a bit to clean them too. I would've preferred if they told me they couldn't do it after the first, or even second failure. Wasted both our time and my money.

@P K. .... Just a note....Well, if you didn't use them, you ARENT A CUSTOMER, so ya, you're wasting their time. They are a business, in business to make money, not beg you for your friendship perhaps write a review when youre actually a customer, not just shopping for the cheapest place and expecting them to beg for your business. Just sayin' nothing personal.... Just was a funny review for someone to post.
