Absolutely love how my nails look after I go to Charm Nails!! They are all so professional and listen to what you want. I've never had any issues with chipping or breaking, every pedi I have had has been fabulous!! All of the ladies working there are awesome!!!

Been going to charm nails for years, I guess they changed ownership, my experience today was not great. Not friendly at all, the chairs, while new, we’re not short people friendly, had to sit on the edge of the chair during my pedicure, which was not at all relaxing. Had a manicure and she cut my nails way too short and everyone of them is cut on a slant, they look terrible. She barely spoke to me, when wanting me to change hands or feet she would touch and point. Very poor customer service. I guess I will be looking for a new nail salon.

I have been to Charm Nails twice in the last month. Both times I received great service and enjoyed the experience. My polished nails looked great and I left feeling pleased with how my hands looked. I am 60+ years of age and I don’t often pamper myself.I have booked another appointment but this time I will have a pedicure & manicure. Rates seem to be reasonable and similar to other nail salons that I have checked out.
