Bought this product for my 2016 Ram. Everything I needed was included in the package. Very straightforward install. With instructions and videos it could not have been easier. As it turned out, the bolt in my truck was still in very good shape, but I am happy to know that I can rest easy now with the new product in place to remove the possibility of total engine failure. Glad I could find something without spending an arm and a leg for a decent fix. Very happy with my purchase.
I'll share my positive experience with BD and, in particular, Harmit Singh. I have been using a torque master from BD for less than two years without any issues, and it has consistently performed well. Although I don't haul heavy loads or push my trucks to the limit, I wanted a reliable transmission that would last. Unfortunately, for an unknown reason at this time, I lost fourth gear. I went to the same mechanic's shop that installed, but I became extremely frustrated with the lack of progress on my warranty claim for nearly 7 weeks.

Great product
Everything needed to install was included. Actually putting in the kit was easy. Hard part is getting to the grid heater. Turns out my original nut was just fine but at least I don’t have to worry about it anymore.
