My physiotherapist, Jeremy, is a great partner in designing and revising excersise routines to support and strengthening the muscles and joints in my knees and hands. Since seeing Jeremy and following his excercise plans, I have taken ownership of my healh and life choices and I have observed a dramatic decrease in the pain in my right knee.
