Elysia did a great job installing my heat pump. She was efficient and friendly. She was training another person and she seemed like a good teacher. She explained the heat pump and thermostat functions to me very clearly. I'm thrilled I now have AC in my house!
Ross and his team (Shane & Thomas) did an absolutely outstanding job of installing our heat pump and furnace. Very professional in all respects. They were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after day one and day two. Hardly even knew they'd been here working. Very pleased with the installation and briefing on how to operate the wireless controls. I'd have any of them back to work for me anytime. Very highly recommend AirVantage to everyone.
Annual service scheduling for my furnace and AC was easy and straightforward. Appointment options met my scheduling needs. On appointment day, Taylor, our technician, arrived when scheduled, called before hand, and was courteous and professional. He explained the findings of the service and any recommendations he had. He was concerned the ac wasn’t tested thoroughly enough due to the weather being cooler that day, so he rescheduled another test on a warmer day to make sure.
