I made a phone call apt to request blood work. Apt went fine, got the blood work done. The clinic called and told me Dr. Raza (the dr i had my initial phone call apt with) would call me between 9am and 10am to go over the results. At 10:30 I called the clinic to find out if my apt was still happening and was told that Dr. Raza made a note that I had a US number and he couldn't call it. I confirmed with the receptionist that they had my correct phone number. They did. It is a Canadian number, the same number Dr. Raza had no problem calling for my first apt. Dr. Raza is a wonderful Doctor. Despite my appointments being over the phone, he’s the only Doctor who took my skincare issues seriously, and prescribed me the proper topical medications I needed to keep my Eczema & Type 2 Rosacea under control. I cannot tell you how many times other Doctors (including Doctors in the ER I waited over 10 hours to see) completely brushed me off as having just acne, or incorrectly telling me I had a staph infection, and prescribing incorrect meds that wreaked havoc on my gut, and didn’t even work. I will always go to Doctor Raza, and highly recommend him to everyone!
I've been seeing Dr. Jasjit Singh for 3 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I've received. Dr. Singh is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options.
