I went to the Caribou with my travel trailer to do some trout fishing. On the first night my fridge quit. I called Chemo RV, who were nearby, and asked if they could help me. They were booking 3 weeks ahead but agreed to have a look the next morning. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. and Bryce, one of their staff came out and suggested that I clean clean the temperature sensor on the fridge. Viola, it was fixed!
They also helped me with some other issues including replacing my old lights with LEDs and fixing the pilot on my oven. They had a great selection of parts at reasonable prices. Definitely the best RV shop I have visited. Now back to fishing!
I recently had repair work performed on my 2013 RV. The service advisor , James, is amazing and their service techs did a 5 star repair on an older unit. their attention to detail and customer service are second to none. I will continue to bring my current and future RV units to them for service and repair. Thanks again for breathing new life into an older unit

We purchased an Arctic Fox 25w this summer from Chemo. We had an lithium battery system, inverter and additional solar added. The addition of a DC to DC charger was not brought up at sales time but was deemed required after some investigation. There were around a dozen issues most minor in nature and problem with the TB panel accuracy with battery condition. The control system for the camper is a lan system so it took some research to get dialed in.James the service manger was very good to deal with.
