Had an electrical issue with my 2015 Superduty not shifting the transfer case. The tech that worked on it was TANNER. Great attitude, very helpful and transparent with what he was doing and gave me continuous updates as he did it. He was chasing an open circuit (broken wire) which can be very difficult. He found and fixed it in as timely a fashion as possible. Very happy with TANNER. As far as the dealer goes, I thought the hourly rate at $158 was about $25 an hour too high
