5 ⭐️ for Lyle Hatton. 1 ⭐️ for Dave MingoI recently purchased a house that was being sold through realtor Dave Mingo. I am quite unimpressed with his lack of professionalism and consideration. When I entered my new home upon possession my joy and excitement quickly turned to disappointment and dejection. The seller had not cleaned the house at all. Not a single cupboard, appliance or bathroom had been cleaned. As well as numerous items had simply been left in the house for me to dispose of.
