Dan was very thorough and diligent in emptying, inspecting and ensuring our septic tank and the entire system was working efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and willingly shared his expertise in maintaining the tank and its associated components. I Highly reccommend this company.
Dealing with Paterson since more than a decade. First with the resort, now privately. Always friendly, super responsive, fast service, always on time, professional, with reasonable rates and the one emergency I had, they came out right away (that's what you need in a septic emergency, right?) They'd get more than 5 stars, if they were more :-)
