I came in because my prescription sunglasses were broken. One of the arms of the frames snapped, and needed to be replaced. Jenae helped me; she looked thru several pairs of frames until we found a compatible pair, and she switched the arms onto my sunglasses for me! She was cheerful and helpful.
Shauna is wonderful!! She not only took the time to find multiple frames in the style I was looking for but also called my insurance provider to check if they would cover the cost. Plus, she's just really very personable, it was a pleasure working with her. My husband and I will continue to purchase glasses from her in the future.
