AMAZING! From the first call I made, Danielle was very pleasant and attentive. I had shared that, although I realize that in this rural area it is difficult getting a plumber, I've been let down 4 times already in 2 weeks. She shared that she could have a plumber to me within a couple of hours. I was shockingly amazed because I know it's difficult to get plumbers where I am. Next, I asked about having a toilet install in the future, but Danielle shared that they could have it installed immediately. Woe! I wasn't ready for this type of action service in my area. We are in the Blue Ridge, Starlight off Hwy 87 south of Winslow. Called on a Monday when we were barely getting hot water in the morning. Daniellewas so helpful and accommodating and said she could get us a new water heater installed the next day. She quoted me the price and said her guys would be here in am to install. What excellent customer service. Victor and Mike installed it in no time and were professional, thorough and kept everything spotless in the house. If you live in Happy Jack/Blued Ridge are these are the go-to plumbers for all your needs.
