i was in town on 10/01 for the car show, and noticed that the flower shack was still in business, i'm so happy that the flower shack is doing so well. when my mother passed away, carol went above and beyond to help our family. thank you carol. sorry we missed not seeing you. lynda

Woman on the phone was flustered . Asking how much I wanted to spend and who to send it to. I told her I was born and raised in Winslow Arizona. And that I remembered her shop. She was completely uninterested. I gave her a compliment and her lack of reaction embarrassed me. I called the next day talked to another woman who was nice. I asked why I hadn't received a receipt yet??? She asked the owner and said she hadn't had time to send one yet. That just didn't sit right with me.The only good thing about the flower shack in Winslow Arizona is that my friend got her flowers. Still doesn't say a lot for them because I did pay for them. I googled florists in Winslow, AZ and decided to go with the Flower Shack. Carol took my call and was very down to earth and friendly right off the bat. Due to the virus/weather, their plant order was delayed. She was very supportive with the order and provided a great suggestion and saved us money (not that we were looking to save). Sometimes sending flowers is not for a happy reason and Carol made it painless. Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL service!!!
