This gym is one of the best gyms I have been to on the reservation and in the state of Arizona believe it or not. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and will drop everything to help you achieve your goal. The cleanliness is amazing and they have everything you need to make you want to keep coming back. Whether you want to lose those extra pounds or gain some muscle or both for that matter it can all be achieved here at the Window Rock Wellness Center.
