I reached out to inquire about Willcox properties. Krista emailed me back and said she was with a client and would get back to me. She was a lady of her word. I met up with her a couple days later and while this wasn't the property for our family, she gave ideas and solutions had we chose that property. We saw several houses and she set us up with amazing pest control inspectors as well as home inspectors, and so glad she did. After several houses, we found (and bought) our dream. Krista Benavidez, was a fantastic realitor, and has become someone I call a friend. When we felt discouraged n that we wouldn't find the house we wanted, Krista kept us encouraged and in the long run ended up with a far better home then we imagined we would find.
