I just want to give a big shout-out to office staff for scheduling me in their tight schedule during their busy season I am so impressed with a technician by the name of Jerry this guy went beyond his Call of Duty my AC unit has been leaking water for about a week and half landlord called plumber and first and he said it was my AC pump that wasn't working so she called GNS and had another young man come in and put in the new pump we were assuming that would fix the problem but nope! Had to wait over the holiday and the landlord had called the plumber again he said call the AC people first So she had GNS come back out to look at the problem it wasn't the pump... read full review

A great place . They have wonderful staff . The little grouchy looking girl in the back is great, she gets thing done Now! Hank is a Great Tech. Jolina is very pleasant. Justin and Guy run a great shop! It's not only a business it's a group of great people that treat you well !

This company and it's techs are just first class. They helped us out a few weeks ago at our home. Today they really came through for us in that our rental property with an elderly woman living alone needed help today, not a week from today. Even though they were scheduled out for about a week, understandable during the first really hot week of the year here, When I explained the situation, they made time for us and this elderly tenant. THANK YOU!
