The drivers go above and beyond to assist, including helping disabled persons. Service is efficient, with towing completed in less than two hours. Customers are very happy with the timing, help, and courtesy, and highly recommend them for jump starts and car towing.
If you are a local and call AAA and are only one mile down a dirt road, they won't help you. Do you have kids stuck with you? Too bad! Stotz towing doesn't care. AAA asked if I wanted to call and get help commercially from them. ABSOLUTELY NOT! They don't deserve my business and they don't deserve yours.Update: If a company cannot hear that customers aren't happy then they have a problem. A customer calling AAA should not have to call the company. If you are not going to hold a standard of care for to your customers then why contract with AAA? I don't think AAA would want to be associated with such a bad company that disregards their customers.

Horrible company to deal with they have a shop but they will not answer their phones and upon going to their shop it’s clear they don’t care to help people out they only care about talking bad about similar competitors around town and belittling you as a customer for asking for their help
