posting this review on August 12th 2025 : if your looking for a job and qualified to work at the body shop, go somewhere else. The guy that runs the shop, Angelo Breno is a verbally and physically abusive boss. The first day my boyfriend was there on the job he was verbally abused and the day after and the day after that all week long he had to deal with his ignorance and verbal abuse. Then on his 4th day there he literally physically shoved my boyfriend to get out of the way because Angelo was frustrated that things weren't going his way. The biggest thing is that the man has no respect for his employees and gets in your face all day long.. Then on my boyfriend 5th daythere at the body shop , Angelo was getting abusive again so My boyfriend stuck up for himself because he'd had enough of his abuse and told him what he thought of him. Angelo, said go home. My boyfriend said am I fired? He said no. So he went back on Monday like he was supposed to only to be told by Angelo, how are you doing? My boyfriend said good. Then Angelo said, you haven't had a job here since Friday when you left. If you're planning on having any body work done, don't take it there, My boyfriend was a witness to his shady dealings. He's even rude to his customers. One guy even came in complaining about a dent in his bumper, and Angelo said, Put a Trump sticker on it. NOT FUNNY!!! There's no air conditioning for you to work in. Read all the reviews before you even think of working there. The repairs section has nothing good to say about the place. And whatever you do DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB TO GO WORK THERE!!! My boyfriend quit his job of 5 years just to get abused by an old bitter man with a chip on his shoulders. When my boyfriend confronted The dealership about this they investigated it but of course Angelo had a different story to tell and they took his side. And now my boyfriend is out of a job .STAY AWAY !!! You don't need a job that bad.
Where Do I even start?? I'll start with our initial purchase of our Chevy Silverado. I have bought many, many vehicles and NEVER have I had such an experience as this one! Professionalism At The Highest Level, NO Dealership in the Arizona can match the Professional Customer Service they provide from the minute you call them to ask about a vehicle, to the moment you sign your final sales document. Chris, our Sales Rep, is kind, and genuine and not to mention very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond making sure the whole process was smooth! Chris was very thorough on all details with regard to the Truck we purchased and not for one minute did I feel like "Just Another Customer/Sale" He Is Genuine! Tim in Finance, this is where all confirmation that we were in the "RIGHT" place to purchase our Truck, was Confirmed. We walked in with financing already intact. However, when I gave Tim my debit card to pay our down-payment, he saw we banked at MACU and asked why we were not going through them, since we could get a much better interest rate. So, instead of him focusing on "closing a sale", He focused on US and put our best interest First. He held the Truck, paused on the contract with our current financer and suggested I apply with our Credit Union. The next morning, he had us Approved with our Credit Union, at a much lower interest rate, and saved us a ton of money in finance charges. Not only that, this blessing continues....this lead our Credit Union to suggest I refinance my Camaro with them too...my interest rate went from 9% down to 2.99% again saving us thousands in finance charges and I even, now have a FULL Warranty on my Camaro too and still I'm saving thousands, paying the car off quicker and have a much lower monthly payment! We will NOT buy our vehicles from anywhere else in Arizona other than Jones Ford, Yes they are In Wickenburg, but WELL WORTH the drive! We cannot recommend them enough! Excellent Dealership! You will NOT regret choosing Jones Ford In Wickenburg, NOT One Bit! NOW FAST FORWARD TO several years later when repairs were needed on the truck....Day after Thanksgiving the Transmission completely went out. After calling several mechanics, I finally called the Jones' service department, BEST decision! Carlos is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!!!! He went way over the expected customer service assistance for us, he MADE sure the extra warranty we purchased covered a Brand-New Transmission! There were several trials along the way of the repairs, but Carlos stayed with it and made sure all repairs were covered and fixed! Even additional repairs he made sure were done, air conditioning, etc. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have NEVER experienced this level of FULL SERVICE! It didn't END after the sale! This is my 4th F350 over the years. Tom Jones Ford was the the easiest dealership I've worked with. Tim Kinzer was the dealer that made it a great experience. The truck was a beauty and the price is still the lowest I've seen for this model. The finance guy Mark made the paperwork fast and easy.
