The first time we came in, it was not busy, one of the ladies at the desk seemed irritated with us because we were new and were concerned with an issue with our dog's mobility and didn't have alot of info about our dog's previous vet, who has since retired. Since it wasn't technically an emergency, we had to wait an entire month to schedule an appointment, but by that time, he had recovered again, so they didn't see his mobility problem & respitory issue that sporadically occurs. We have been with HVS for 10 years. We have always found the staff as caring and professional. A few days ago, we had to send or kitty to the rainbow bridge. We found Dr. Ruisi and her staff to be more like family. She was so kind and caring. Saying goodbye to fur babies is hard, but it was a comfort to know she was in kind and caring hands. Thank you for always giving your best to our fur babies.

These people have cared for our family animals since I was a teenager and our family dog got sick. I'm now much older lol and these people are just so great to pets and their owners. You get what you pay for here and more
