I requested a quote to install a water softener system but due to having a pool with an automatic water pump to refill the pool, I also required additional Plumbing to be routed to prevent any softened water being discharged into the pool as it’s not recommended for pebbletech and other finishes. Scott came out and walked the job down and was very friendly, informative, and didn’t beat around the bush. I chose to shop around and of all the quotes I received, Scott was the only representative who took water quality samples and actually showed me what we had for water hardness and other chemical impurities in our water. No other company did that and this separated Scott and Lifewater solutions from the rest. On install day, scott and his assistant were punctual, respectful and did an amazing job. They had to do their fair share of trenching as the house did not come with an existing water loop in the system to tie into, so they had their work cut out for them. At the end of the job, they walked the job site down to show it looked better then when they arrived and they showed me how to use the system as well as recommended what type of salt to use that works best. I waited a few months before writing this review. Overall, we have seen a HUGE improvement. Our skin feels much better and we have less breakouts. Our plumbing fixtures no longer show signs of scaling on them. Overall it was worth the investment! I would definitely use Lifewater solutions for any future work and recommend you give them a shot!
Wow! Just one word will describe this company. PROFESSIONALISM. Scott and Zak walk through the entire process of purchasing a water system. Their firsthand knowledge puts you at ease instantly. I personally researched many companies and hands down, Life Water Solutions has the best pricing with excellent customer service! You will not be disappointed.
I called because my water softener was leaking water all over my garage and Scott came out to look at it. Very friendly, fast and efficient and most importantly he was able to repair and was reasonably priced!! Also had my R/O tank re-pressurized too. Thank you!!!!
