Update, and still 5 stars in my book. I have been going to this salon since they opened at their old location. In fact, I may have been there on the first day? Kim has been taking care of my feet and sometimes hands for many years and I absolutely adore her. Not just because she does a great job and is attentive, but because she truly cares about the clients that walk in both new and old. They recently got new chairs and tables and keep the salon updated and fresh. All of the staff/ownership here are friendly and accommodating!

As someone new to the area, I decided to visit Vail Nails & Salon for a gel pedicure today, and I had a wonderful experience. Kay, my nail technician, did an amazing job and was very professional. She took the time to explain the different gel pedicure options and pricing, which I truly appreciated. Her honesty and transparency made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. The salon was clean, modern, and beautiful. I will definitely be returning!

I had such a wonderful manicure and pedicure experience today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The salon was spotless and relaxing, which made it easy to sit back and enjoy being pampered. My nail technician did an amazing job--my manicure is perfectly shaped and polished, and my pedicure left my feet feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. They really took their time and paid attention to every detail, which made the whole experience feel extra special. If you're looking for a place that combines great service, cleanliness, and beautiful results, I highly recommend it. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit!
