We're at the tail end of construction on a house and our GC hired contracted Two Guys and a Sponge to wash our windows. The process of building a house is super stressful and most subs leave a mess behind, so I called the owner in advance to discuss expectations and requested they call me when they arrive so that I could meet them on-site. They fulfilled all of my requests for the most part. The two guys that did the work were very nice and polite. Overall they did a good job. But being that this a construction site I think the scope of their work could be more detailed. They didn't clean the door frames and window frames that were just as dirty and dusty as the windows. I think if they had done that too I'd give them a 5.
This is the only company I will use for window cleaning. I have a home that was built in 1970, and have not replaced the windows. Tyler and his team always leave the windows sparkling clean. I appreciate the professionalism and skill they demonstrate in the work they do. So helpful.
