Great place! I was one of the youngest people in the class however my back was so bad I was willing to try anything after 6 weeks 2x per week I feel amazing recommend this place for anyone looking for low impact stress free exercise
I have good and bad to say. First the good. The equipment is excellent and the trainers are excellent. Now the Bad. Made up policy to take ones money and not provide service. I paid $320 for a 12 session package of reformer Pilates on Feb. 18, 2020. I started going weekly for 5 weeks and then Cov-Sars-2 started spreading rapidly and then there were lockdowns and closing of restaurants, bars and gyms. At my age with certain conditions the CDC advised me not to go to these places. Out of concern for my health and my family and others, I followed CDC guidance and stayed safe. Connie is so kind and gave us a tour of the studio both up and downstairs. She offers a wide variety of classes with flexibility in scheduling!
