Hmmm, I don’t know what the issues are with the owner who gave their home and the builder (Lennar) a single star is. But my wife and I found out that there was the same model of home that we were highly considering that was completed in another Lennar subdivision. We drove hours to the subdivision to look at the house. Now we were told the house was 100% completed. OMG are you kidding us? The fit and finish was absolutely terrible‼️ The vinyl flooring was short and not covered by the base board in several places. It was just terrible throughout. Purchased a home here. Customer service is not responsive to warranty issues and cut several corners on the home. I have open warranty issues for over two months on a wide variety of problems. I get barely any contact, only work mornings or early afternoons, no weekends for warranty claims. If you work, they will not accommodate. I recommend a different builder
