I think the staff and office, dental care has been great. Unfortunately scheduling is a nightmare and I can't maintain good dental health if I can't get in. Basically you can't preschedule for advance appointments, and they don't "open up" availability until later. I was told word gets out and those openings fill up. I was able to get into a new dentist no issue at one office - and they said they would preschedule the next appointment after each appointment. Same with my mother's dentist too- different dentist than mine. Not sure about why scheduling so tough here.

I've been coming here since I moved back and they did phenomenal on my wisdom teeth but now I have like 16 cavities and a 2 year old filling now has fresh cavity under it. I'm tired of getting teeth work done I use to have the best teeth/best mouth and now it's gone? I don't feel any pain and I'm on prescription toothpaste but I do love the people. I wouldn't want anyone else cleaning my teeth it just sucks that I have to come here A LOT now.

Well I guess then clean teeth okay. But, I would not go there if you chip a tooth. They will grind you tooth down and patch it and say it is so you dont get cavity. Then filling loses its bound. And they grind some more and fill. Bound loses bonding so they grind some more and fill. Then they just decide go crown and grind the tooth off in the name of cavity prevention. But, alas now they cannot grind anymore and the insurance will not pay to patch your tooth. So alas they say well either way you get a cavity with our without the filling to act as enamel. I will not be back. Take my business else where.oufilvie
