We purchased a Double E spec home shortly after it had been started. While much of the home had already been planned, we were pleasantly surprised at how easily Dave and his team treated us like a custom home buyer. We were brought in at each stage of the process and given the option to upgrade or make changes when possible. Ultimately, we ended up with a quality home that we love. We have been pleasantly surprised at the ongoing support the Double E team have provided with minor warranty work and additional requests post occupancy.We highly recommend Double E as a builder who provides a great home and stands by their work.
My second time staying here. Quiet and peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. The golf course was in great condition as well. I'll definitely be staying again.
