We called Add Air on Sunday. ( They were open). The owner, Bill answered the phone. We told him what our issue was and he said he could have some out in an hour. 30 minutes later a technician (James) was at our door. He looked over our old equipment and within minutes showed me where the problem was and explained my options, then gave me a written quote. I had already asked other contractors for quotes, my AC had been down for 4 days at this time. I was still waiting for quotes from the other contractors by the next day, Monday, and decided to go with ADD Air because I still had nothing from the other contractors. I love Add Air!! They’ve come to our home a few times and we’ve never been disappointed. They always answer when you call ( even early in the morning) they get there quickly and they do such a good job for such a reasonable price. We can always count on them and do! Everyone we met from there are so nice and polite and know their stuff! Thanks again!!
Add air is amazing. I put in a call because my a/c wasn’t working on Tuesday at 3 pm. We had a brand new a/ c up and running by 8 am on Wednesday. Great service from booking the appointment to the full installation I cannot say enough about Bill and his crew. Thank you so much for saving us when it was so hot outside.
