First timer and could not say more positive things. Communication was A+...every question I had was answered timely and professionally. The service was A+...arrived on time. Made my dog and me..very comfortable. The cut was exactly what I was expecting. I would highly recommend and plan to use them for the foreseeable future.
After a very traumatic grooming experience at Petsmart, and piss poor customer service, from the same we went looking for a better solution. We have now had Teri's Crazy Critters out twice, and both times my dogs look amazing. This is a mobile grooming service right to the house, self-contained no hooking up to your power or water either. We found the customer service to be outstanding and these folks really do go the extra mile. We had a need for specific time and days to accommodate our schedules wow these folks were willing to be accomidating. Pricing was way better than those big box stores and no Trauma to my pups.
