Wow I pulled up to the door and waited. About 5 minutes an employee comes out and asks what I needed. I tell him I need a fill service on the generator. He says we don't have the filters. I ask him, you don't even know what generator this is , how can you say you don't have the filters? I had called earlier and they said come on in, we have the filters since I have them the numbers. The guy leaves and comes back a few minutes later and says nope, we can not do it. I ask him , can I give you the filter numbers to check? He walks away and doesn't come back. Wtf really. My stupid self that I would come here and have a different experience from everyone else. I backed into a door immediately and then proceeded to sit for what has now been 7 hours. No one has come to even touch the truck. Every time I go inside all the shop boys are laughing and joking in the office.

Very bad service, assistant manager Armando had an attitude the whole time, needed a pm and my truck looked at, he said they aren't doing pms for the rest of the day, it's 130 pm...asked about warranty on a tire, didn't want to help, blamed it low air pressure, when I know it's not...waited 4 hours just for him to say no, they need to hire people who are willing to help, not people that don't want to work ?... will NEVER return here...just left thanks speedco
