“I wish I could give this place MORE STARS! I submitted an appointment request online and they called me the next morning, and said I could come in for a consultation right away same day. I went in there, and Diana came to talk to me and told me truthfully what was realistic for my hair and what we could do. Then she offered to do it right then and there. I've had a crazy hair journey, my hair was patchy, redyed level 4 brown over old bleach gone wrong from a stylist who did it in the past who screwed up my hair, and Diana was able to explain in detail what she could do in terms of bleaching with telling me the risks associated with it. She told me that it would look amazing and I trusted her and she OUTDID herself!!! I intended on getting a balayage, but specifically for me she thought it would be best to do highlights with babylights and money pieces so it would grow out nicely. I am so impressed with her experience with color correcting and the professionalism of Diana and this place as a whole!! I wish everybody could have seen how happy I was about my hair, and she also threaded my eyebrows for me and it took her like 2 minutes and they looked incredible. Diana was so incredibly sweet to me and it made me feel so loved and beautiful and I know she'd do the same for everyone else:) I wish I knew about this place before, I will never go anywhere else!!
