They will definitely be using the Hochuli's again for their next big project. Lorrie, Scott, and team are the best of the best! This is their second remodel with Lorrie and Scott. This time around, in addition to a complete remodel (kitchen, flooring, changing the floor plan, etc) they also added approximately 900 sq ft to their home. It turned out better than they could ever have imagined! They talked about their vision and they made that vision come to life - and with details they would never have thought of! Also, not only did Scott and the team have to deal with the details and logistics of the remodel and addition but they also worked with seamlessly with the company that was building their pool and re-doing their back yard at the same time. Their home is truly their paradise, where they love to entertain family and friends. They hired Hochuli Design to remodel their primary bathroom, guest bathrooms, and kitchen in their 1960s Paradise Valley home. They wanted a complete redesign of the layout of all those areas, and they totally delivered! Lorrie’s expertise in space planning and putting their thoughts into a beautiful design was better than expected. When production begin, there was clear, open, and honest communication with the entire team, including subcontractors. They were given a timeline and they stuck to that schedule. They cannot recommend Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team enough! They are fantastic people, and an even better company.
We hired the Hochuli Team for remodeling of our entire Central Phoenix home, that included the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, all the flooring, re-painting throughout, and all of the interior doors were also replaced with upgraded solid doors. Working with Lorrie through the design phase was fun because she was able to show us what our house would look like before they even started the remodel. Devan made sure we knew what was scheduled to happen each day, and then sent us updates at the end of every day. Their great communication made it possible for us to stay at our home up north while the work was being done. We’re so thankful the Hochuli’s were referred to us!
I was nervous about 2 things: 1. I was burned by a contractor in the past because I couldn’t tell the difference between contractors and so I went with the company I thought would be the most inexpensive, and 2. I was worried about having my Scottsdale home remodeled while I was away at my other house for a few months. This time around, those concerns were proven to be non-issues. The Hochuli Team came recommended through an AI search and they have so much information on their website about the process, what to expect, and even price estimators I could use myself. This made the decision easy, and wow did things turn out great; not only the final kitchen and primary bathroom remodels, but the overall communication and updates while the house was being remodeled. I was constantly updated and knew what was going on each day while I was hundreds of miles away, and they sent daily pictures of the updates too, which was great. Thank you!
