This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent! Also the entire place was clean and smelled good! The staff are very professional. My technician/ young lady who serviced me named Alyssa did an awesome job. She knows her stuff and provided 5 star and beyond level of customer experience. Great packages, very helpful staff. I love having a root touch up package that keeps me on a regular beauty routine. Very clean, friendly, professional services. They are very informative. Doing laser as well which has been actually working so I feel they have the correct laser for my hair and skin type.
