Editing what was once a negative review to a positive review. They took great efforts to remedy any miscommunication there were, & our trash has been picked up on schedule since I initially spoke to them.

We switched from waste management to TBS Waste for two of our accounts/houses and it was a great decision! TBS Waste has great service at a great price! Very pleased with their service, even during snow days! Our driver is awesome -- she's pleasant and conscientious! They always answer their phone and are so professional. Thank you for your excellent service! Highly recommend!
