Robert as very pleasant & went over my concerns about ants. He said to call if I had anymore problems. I like that I have the same tech, so he knows the house & where to look for certain things.

We switched to Neff exterminating after another company failed to provide adequate service. The office manager at Neff was pleasant on the phone, prompt in getting our home scheduled. The technician, Robert, took the time to call me and describe to me what he saw and what he would do to take care of our property.
