Philip came out very quickly after being contacted. He was very thorough and spent a great deal of time checking out my unit and detailing the issues he found to me. I feel confident that the job was done correctly and there was good discussion between Philip and I afterward where I asked him many questions. Totally recommend.
Had an issue with our heat pump not throwing out enough heat. Always had Yuma technicians out to the house, but saw Society's AC and Heat on Facebook with good reviews and recommendations. This issue was never fully rectified before, so we needed a change and are we glad we did. He was able to come the same day within a few hours and diagnosed our problem; after a thorough inspection. He even looked at our ductwork underneath the house. We knew that our unit was old and tired. Phil gave us options. very pleased with this locally owned and operated business... It started a few weeks ago with the community giving me recommendations and I chose to go with them as they were not charging a trip fee for local residence which I liked, and from the first time I reached out they responded very quickly and put me on the schedule for the next morning. They are very thorough with all of their detail as far as setting up appointment and service technician/owner being very knowledgeable and going over my A/C on our Rv to make sure it was working at full capacity. highly recommend customer in Wellton Az
